These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PicSEO.ai ("we", "our", "us"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Services

PicSEO.ai allows users to upload images and receive AI-generated metadata to optimize image search performance.

2. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate account info
Don’t upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material
Use generated content responsibly and lawfully

3. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your uploaded content. We retain rights to the platform, AI outputs, and underlying code. You may use generated content commercially.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at checkout. All billing is processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize PicSEO.ai and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your plan's billing cycle.

All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support@picseo.ai.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee SEO performance or output accuracy. The service is provided “as is.”

7. Limitation of Liability

PicSEO.ai is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the past 12 months, if any.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the new version.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
